July 2005:
Lee and Jen on the July cover. 40 million people can't be wrong!

Lee purchased 3 houses last month and is renovating them all. In between this Jennifer is training for her show in PA just weeks away now. She is training 4 days a week on a split routine and posing 2x a week. She does aerobics 5 days a week. She hopes to win her pro card at this show.

Lee's training is going well. He has had sore knees for weeks now and I think it may be to the daily running. At 250 pounds running miles every day is not too easy on the knees.

The IFBB is canceling shows faster than you can say,"What ever happpend to Wayne Demilia?" Lee is still planning to compete but the show schedule is getting smaller.

June 2005: Lee is in hard training to compete this fall and is hitting the iron hard every day for about 2 hours. He runs daily for 30 minutes and trains each body part once a week on a 5 day split. He takes two rest days a week from the weights.

He is following his supplementation which includes Herbal Life Protein 3 x a day, and egg whites from Egg Whites International 4x a day.

This past January Lee had tendon surgery on his right arm and we are happy to report that Lee and his arm are as good as new. What this means for Lee Apperson fans is a new and improved Lee Apperson as he can train his arms for the first time in almost 2 years!

The surgery has given Lee a new lease on competeing and he is out of retirement for at least another year.

Lee was back to light training about 2 weeks after his surgery. Within 2 months he was about 90%. Now in June, Lee is rocking and rolling. He feels great and is around 250 lbs.

We can't wait to see Lee ripped to shreds this fall.

June 1st: Jennifer and Lee are preparing to take Jennifer to the Master's Figure Nationals in Pittsburgh, PA in just a few weeks. Jenn got second last year in her class.
